Located on the western shore of Lake Michigan, Racine is one of the most easterly points in Wisconsin extending out at Wind Point. One of the local points of interest is the lighthouse to mark the land and warn ships traveling along the lake. The harbor is home to sport-fishing boats, launching facilities and many recreational opportunities. North Beach is considered to be one of the finest swimming areas along the lake.
