Below is page 8 of the update plan.  It appears that a proposed SEA (Significant Ecological Area) includes the racetrack area.  Who proposed this area to be included into the SEA areas and will it have any impact on stopping the development of the area ?  Has the planning commission looked into this when deciding on the racetrack proposal ?  Click on the location above to get the entire PDF file of the update plan.
